No appologies needed regarding FS9, while I have not used it for years a lot of pilots here still fly FS9. The screenshots where still very beautiful regardless what Version of FS ya where flying.
Once you fly the tour in inherst by all means create your own flightlog book in the TGAT area of the forum.

That way you can have all your flights on the tour in your own personal section.

I look forward to seeing more of your screenshots as you fly your tour.

And I'm sorry Joao, but this is FS9. I have FSX installed, but haven't enjoyed flying as much as with the old guy.

I knew it ;D it was too good to be true ;D
No need for appologies, Charlie, I'm still on FS9 as well. I flown FSX for quite some time but then went back .. and I can say it looks to me better than ever! That's a true vintage sim 8-)

AWPIREP AW700 SET PAWG-CBM5 M7 260C 63

110409

After meeting with the "Boss" in Nome for my final interview, aircraft type check-rides, familiarization flights, and passing
muster with the Alaskan Winds AME, I was told to report to the dispatcher in Wrangell where I was to get a few hours under my
belt in the Maule and earn my SET rating before my first real assignment begins.

Hopefully, the experience gained from making hops in the Tongass Fjords area in the Maule will prepare me for graduation to the DHC-2 Beaver Amphibian which I will pick up at PAJN and use to take some flight-seeing tourists on the Southeast portion of "The Great Alaskan Tour", during which time I will also start work on my SEA rating.

To become an Alaskan Winds "Eagle" is something I have aspired to for a long time but now that I am actually taking my first step on this new page of my aviation career I almost have to pinch myself to really believe it's happening!

Without further ado, my first official hop for Alaskan Winds, taking a single passenger and some mail up to Telegraph Creek (CBM5) from Wrangell (PAWG).

Departing Wrangell.

It's a privilege to now count myself among the Alaskan Winds "Eagles". Thanks for having me, clear skies and tailwinds to all. 8-)

What a nice challanging flight you have made. I still fly FS9 and enjoy it very much. I tried FSX and I didn't like some of it's "newer" software. It's really good having another pilot here at AW. Maybe I can get a little rest now while someone else makes some flights.

Thanks for the kind words gents, much appreciated!

Tail draggers are not my first choice of aircraft, I love tricycle gear, high wing birds, but as the saying goes, "When in Rome . . .", lol. :D

Best Regards,

Dave AW700 :)
